Remember: You are the Expert of your own life
People occasionally ask me what a Reflective Conversation looks like.
The simplest answer is...
It looks like a conversation.
Not one where someone tells you what to do.
Not one where someone tries to solve your problems for you.
Instead, it's a conversation where you have the opportunity to hear yourself more clearly.
One of the quiet assumptions behind my work is that you remain the expert in your own life.
My role isn't to provide answers that belong to you.
It's to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and create enough space for your own thinking to emerge.
Reflective Conversations aren't about finding the "right" answer.
They're about creating enough room for your own answers to become easier to hear.
Sometimes that's all we need.
